RPM Custom Repair is not liable for any repairs completed based on external diagnostics performed by other technicians. All mobile repairs are subject to a $100 minimum travel charge. Additional  Travel/Parts runs are subject to hourly travel rate, this includes time spent on  location. Any wheels removed during service must be retorqued to manufacturer  specified torque after 50km. Customers hereby provide RPM with permission to operate vehicles and equipment for on-road testing. RPM Custom Repair is not liable for premature  failure of any customer supplied components. All invoices left unpaid more  than 30 days after invoice date are subject to a 5% interest surcharge per  month. RPM Custom Repair reserves the right to instate a mechanics lien on  any outstanding invoices. All quotes and estimates provided by RPM Custom Repair are based on industry standard repair times and are subject to change depending on vehicle/equipment repair conditions and  complications, RPM Custom Repair is not liable for any personal belongings left with vehicle/equipment during service. All Tuning/Modifications installed by RPM are intended for off road use only and the customer is responsible for all risks involved with modifying manufacturer components/parameters.
